Overview
J26 M5 Caravan Storage is a secure, indoor facility located within Foxmoor Business Park at Chelston, near Wellington. Less than 200 metres from junction 26 of the M5, we provide 24/7 swipe card access allowing customers to collect or drop off their caravan, motorhome or boat whenever it suits them. We have been members of the Caravan Storage Site Owners' Association for fifteen years and hold CaSSOA Gold accreditation (membership no. 699).

Access & Maneuverability
Access Information
24 hours a day, 365 days a year access via personal swipe card. The swipe card controlled access system operates continuously throughout the year. Each customer receives their own swipe card for exclusive access to their numbered bay. Replacement swipe cards available for £10 if lost or damaged.
Maneuverability
The facility features an electrically operated steel roller shutter door with generous dimensions of 3.4m (11' 2") height and 4.7m (15' 5") width, providing easy access for the largest of vans and boats. Individual numbered bays ensure dedicated space for each vehicle with no need to move other units.

Storage Charges (Effective from 1st March 2025)
Indoor Storage:
- Standard indoor bay: £840 per year (suitable for average caravans, motorhomes, and boats)
- Premium indoor bay: £884 per year (extra length for longer caravans, double axles, large motorhomes)
Outdoor Storage:
- Standard outdoor bay: £644 per year
Payment Terms
- Annual storage lease with 12-month minimum term
- Payment required annually in advance
- All prices inclusive of VAT at 20%
- Exclusive use of designated storage bay

About Us
J26 M5 Caravan Storage is a family owned and run company dedicated to providing secure, convenient and economic storage for caravanners, motorhome owners and boat owners travelling to or from the West Country. With our convenient location just 200 metres from Junction 26 of the M5 and instant swipe card access, collection or drop off adds only a few minutes to journey time. Site manager Janet Hurford is available on site from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Boat Storage
We also store boats at the same rates as caravan and motorhome storage. Boats are allocated a numbered bay in the same facility with identical security and 24 hour access.
