Services
Comprehensive storage solutions for caravans, motorhomes, boats and general items. Professional site management with dedicated office hours (Mon-Fri: 10am-4pm, Sat: 10am-12noon). Flexible storage terms from 1 week to annual contracts. Self-storage containers suitable for domestic use (house moves, extra space) or business purposes (excess stock, materials). Facebook presence for customer communication and updates.
Location & Directions
Located at Winton Loan, Tranent, East Lothian, EH33 1EA. Situated midway between Tranent and Macmerry on the A199 (previously the main A1). Only 10 miles from Edinburgh city centre and 2 minutes from the A1 dual carriageway. We recommend using the Gladsmuir junction to avoid traffic lights and mini roundabouts on Tranent High Street. Perfect location for easy access from Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

Scottish Caravan Storage is a well-established family-run business that has continued to expand throughout the years and is believed to be the premier storage site in East Central Scotland. As we celebrate our 25th anniversary as a CaSSOA member this April, we stand proud as the only Scottish company to achieve this milestone. We were the first, and remain one of the only few, caravan storage sites in Scotland to be exclusively assessed by SECOM as a CaSSOA Gold Site - maintaining this standard for over 20 years. Special Features
Terms & Conditions
All caravans must have valid insurance cover. Customers required to fit hitch lock and wheel clamp. No servicing, washing, or overnight stays permitted. Maximum 2 people outside tow vehicle in compounds. No third parties allowed (service engineers, valeters). Strictly no selling on premises. No photos for internet sales sites. £50 transfer fee for new owners.

Storage Requirements
Caravans must be left with LPG disconnected, corner steadies down, handbrake applied, and front curtains open. Only UK regulation compliant vehicles accepted (max 7'6" wide). Tourers must be kept clean and roadworthy. Customers must use only allocated space.
