Caravans and motorhomes must be kept clean and tidy, with all personal effects and valuables removed during storage. The maximum length allowed for a caravan or motorhome on a pitch is 24 feet (7.3 metres). Owners are responsible for insuring their vehicles against loss or damage, including third-party liability of at least £1M, and must properly secure and immobilise their caravan/motorhome against theft. The storage owner takes reasonable precautions to protect vehicles but is not liable for all loss or damage.
