Access & Maneuverability
Access Information
FOB access system providing controlled entry 365 days a year:
Summer Hours (April - September): 5:00am - 9:00pm Winter Hours (October - March): 7:00am - 7:00pm
- Personal FOB for sole use of members (£50 refundable deposit)
- Computer-controlled secure gates
- Manned office hours: Monday-Friday 10:00am-4:00pm (Wednesday 10:00am-1:00pm)
- Access at other times by arrangement

Wide access roads and generous bay sizes suitable for all types of caravans, motorhomes, trailers and boats. Clear layout with individually numbered bays for easy navigation. Ample turning space throughout the compound. Professional layout designed for easy maneuvering of large vehicles.

Special Features
Health & Safety
Children must be under adult supervision at all times and may not enter compound unless in vehicle. Animals to remain in vehicles at all times. No smoking on site. Due to H&S requirements, all persons other than plot holder to remain in vehicle while parking.
Terms & Conditions
Comprehensive terms including requirements for adequate insurance, secure locking of stored items, removal of gas bottles and valuables, no trading or habitation on site, and strict payment terms. Legal lien applies to overdue accounts.
