- Summer: 8am - Sunset (no later than 8pm)
- Spring/Autumn: 8am - Sunset (no later than 7pm)
- Winter: Daylight Hours Only
Closed Days: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day
Access System:
- Entry via automated key fob or card system
- Access recording tracks customer entry with pitch number
- Strict access control with Site Information Sheet provided to all users
- Important: Wait until gate is fully closed before moving away

Payment Terms:
- Consistent late payment will result in loss of plot
- No refunds for early removal
- Storage is non-transferable to other parties
- Non-payment exceeding 3 months may result in disposal of caravan

Regular caravan inspections to check for security issues such as open doors, windows and steps left out. Customer support available from the on-site owners. Help with learning to reverse caravans for new towers. Site rules and access procedures clearly communicated via Site Information Sheet.
