Access to the site is managed through set hours determined by the Proprietor, and customers are required to arrange access with at least 24 hours' notice for times outside these standard hours. Customers are responsible for locking the security gate and all other gates upon entry and exit, and all movements may be logged. Storage fees are paid annually, and customers are advised to call for a quote to ascertain current pricing. The terms and conditions require customers to ensure their vehicles are insured, secured with locks, and kept in good condition, with no major repairs permitted on site. Gas bottles must be switched off and disconnected, and no hazardous substances are allowed.
