Access & Maneuverability
Access Information
24 hours a day, 7 days a week access to all storage facilities. Keyless entry systems with personal codes ensure secure, convenient access at any time. We advise all customers to lock themselves in at all times for maximum security. Access is currently 24hr to all sites unless otherwise stated at the discretion of the proprietor.
Maneuverability
Sites designed with generous space for easy maneuvering of all vehicle sizes. Wide access roads and turning areas accommodate caravans, motorhomes, boats, and cars. Electric roller shutter doors provide easy indoor access. Multiple electric gates ensure smooth entry and exit. Clear bay numbering system for easy navigation.

Pricing
Indoor Storage
- All sites: £1,400 per year plus VAT @ 20%
- Monthly equivalent: £116.67 plus VAT
Outdoor Storage
- Frodsham & Sealand: £750 per year plus VAT @ 20%
- Puddington: £850 per year plus VAT @ 20%
Motorhome EHU Compound (Sealand only)
- £850 per year plus VAT @ 20%
Additional Costs
- Key deposit: £50 (indoor storage only, refundable)
- Admin fee for plot moves: £50 per move
- 12-month contracts only at all sites
- Payment due: 1st of each month
- Notice period: 1 month written notice required
Services
Professional storage management with appointment booking system. Minor repairs permitted with proprietor permission (no major repairs allowed). Trickle charging available for battery maintenance (not for heating). Professional vermin control regime monitored regularly. All vehicles must be insured throughout storage period. Clear terms and conditions for peace of mind.

Special Features
Storage Rules
No trading or vehicle sales permitted on site. Vehicles must not be inhabited during storage. All personal effects and valuables must be removed. Gas bottles should be removed where possible. No hazardous or explosive goods permitted.
Insurance Requirements
All vehicles must be insured and kept insured during storage period. Landlord has the right to inspect insurance certificates. Legal lien attached to vehicles with overdue fees.

Puddington: Over 100 indoor spaces in a stunning location with exceptional security including rising safety bollards. Sealand: First site opened, featuring a motorhome-only compound with electric hook-up. Frodsham: Two sets of electric gates for enhanced security.
