Access & Maneuverability

Access Information

24 hours prior notice required for all visits and collections. Access available 7 days a week during operational hours:

Summer Hours (1st April - 30th Sept):

Monday to Saturday: 8am to 8pm
Sunday: 9am to 8pm

Winter Hours (1st Oct - 31st Mar):

Monday to Saturday: 8am to Sunset
Sunday: 9am to Sunset

Owners must remain in designated pickup/drop-off areas. Storage areas require permission to enter.

Maneuverability

Suitable for various unit sizes with differentiated pricing for single axle caravans under 24ft, larger single axle caravans over 24ft, all motorhomes, and twin axle caravans. Clear designated pickup and drop-off areas. Professional towing service available by site staff.

Single Axle Caravans (up to 24ft):

12 Months: £504.00 (£420.00 + VAT)
6 Months: £264.00 (£220.00 + VAT)

Single Axle Caravans (24ft and above) / All Motorhomes / Twin Axle Caravans:

12 Months: £576.00 (£480.00 + VAT)
6 Months: £300.00 (£250.00 + VAT)

Payment Terms:

Payment in Advance - All storage fees must be paid upfront
No Holiday Refunds - No refunds while away with unit
Contracts Non-refundable
Reminder Service - Renewal reminders sent before expiry

Special Features

Restrictions

Maximum two gas cylinders allowed (disconnected). No explosive or inflammable materials. Personal effects and valuables must be removed. Children and dogs must be supervised in designated areas only.

Storage Policies

Units assessed at 10 years old for continued suitability. No trading or sales permitted on site. Vermin control with monthly professional visits. Lien retained on units for unpaid accounts.
