While there are no long-term contracts, a minimum storage period of three months is required for both caravans and containers. The site is strictly for storage and not a touring or holiday site, with no overnight stays permitted. Caravans and motorhomes must be kept clean and tidy, with all personal effects and valuables removed during storage. The maximum length allowed for a caravan or motorhome on a pitch is 24 feet (7.3 metres). Owners are responsible for insuring their vehicles against loss or damage, including third-party liability of at least £1M, and must properly secure and immobilise their caravan/motorhome against theft. The storage owner takes reasonable precautions to protect vehicles but is not liable for all loss or damage.
