Access Information
24/7 access with personal security key fob, though site prefers patrons avoid 10pm-6am access. Emergency keypad access available as backup. Remote gate opening capability planned. Electric gates track all vehicle movements. Site visits by appointment recommended.
Maneuverability
Caravans are not packed in close together, allowing even new-to-towing drivers enough space to get in and out with a caravan. No notice required to come and go (except 10pm-6am). Wide spacing between storage plots ensures easy maneuvering for all vehicle sizes including large twin axle caravans and motorhomes.

Caravan/Motorhome Storage (From January 2025)
External Storage:
- Standard units: From £8.50 per week plus VAT
- Twin axles/large vans (25'-28'): From £9.00 per week plus VAT
- Premium gated compounds: From £9.50 per week plus VAT
Undercover Storage:
- Cars: From £11 per week plus VAT
- Vans up to 27': From £12.50 per week plus VAT
Contract Terms:
- Initial contract: 12 months paid in advance (external)
- Initial contract: 6 months paid in advance (undercover)
- After first year, option to pay bi-annually (+50p pw), quarterly (+£1 pw) or monthly (+£2 pw)
Container Storage
- 20' container: £109.20 per month including VAT (£21 pw plus VAT)
- Minimum term: 6 months
- Longer terms available with flexible pricing

The site has been diversified to provide secure storage utilizing existing concreted and hard standing areas. Being a relatively small but secure facility, they maintain a waiting list system with spaces becoming available every few weeks. The working farm environment provides natural security through regular activity and oversight.
Special Features
Security Policies
No short term storage requests accepted. No monthly invoicing in first 12 months. Site visits by appointment to maintain security. Right to amend access hours reserved.
Container Storage Features
Condensation proof steel containers. Very secure doors with heavy duty padlocks. Suitable for car storage, furniture, tools, specialist equipment, boxes, documents. Located on hardcore or concrete base.
Documentation Requirements
Insurance certificate required for all caravans/motorhomes. CRiS document required for caravans manufactured after 1997. Copy of driver's license and car registration required. Payment by BACS only.
